Revive Chapel is a new church in Brooklyn, Ohio. Launched by a group of volunteers and leaders who desired to see the inner-ring suburbs of Cleveland’s west side “revived” with a conviction that individuals’ spiritual transformation has the power to transform entire communities.

Revive Chapel is lead by Pastor Joe Jaworski, a Garfield Heights native, who has served in pastoral ministry since 2005 and engaged in lay ministries his entire adult life.
